Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ,
Պաշտոնական մեր գրության հիման վրա տեղեկացա երեկ որ իրավապահ մարմինները ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վարդենիս ծառայակիցները հայտնաբերել և քննչական մարմին են տեղափոխել այն անձին, ով հրապարակային կերպով հայհոյել և վիրավորել է ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին և 700.000 հայ քաղաքացիների։ Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանություն - Police of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs ոստիկանության Վարդենիսի ոստիկանապետ՝ Ռ. Սարգսյանին և ծառայակիցներին՝ իրավական արձագանքի համար։
Միաժամանակ արձանագրում եմ, որ իմ նկատմամբ մեկնարկել է համակարգված հարձակման և վարկաբեկման արշավ ռսամետ ուժերի աջակիցների, ֆեյք էջերով։ Տարբեր հարթակներում տարածվում են իմ լուսանկարները՝ ուղեկցվելով ստորացուցիչ, այլասերված և սպառնալիք պարունակող արտահայտություններով։ Սա ուղղված է ոչ միայն իմ անձի, այլև իմ ղեկավարած քաղաքական ուժի՝ Հանուն Ժողովրդավար Պետականության կուսակցության դեմ։
Հայտարարում եմ հստակ և հրապարակային․
եթե ՀՀ իշխանությունները ՀՀ կառավարություն Назели Багдасарян և ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարություն/Ministry of Justice of Armenia ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն իրավասու պետական կառույցները անհապաղ և արդյունավետ միջոցներ չձեռնարկեն իմ անվտանգության ապահովման, ատելության քարոզի և քաղաքական հետապնդման դրսևորումների կանխման ուղղությամբ, ես դա կդիտարկեմ որպես ոչ միայն անգործություն, այլև քաղաքական պատասխանատվություն կրող վարքագիծ։
Այդ դեպքում, որպես քաղաքական ուժի ղեկավար, ես ինձ կճանաչեմ քաղաքական հալածյալ և նախաձեռնելու եմ միջազգային իրավական ու քաղաքական գործընթացներ՝
• բողոքի նոտաներ հղելով միջազգային կառույցներին և գործընկեր պետություններին,
• փաստարկված դիմումներ ներկայացնելով մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության միջազգային հարթակներին,
• և, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում, դիմելով քաղաքական ապաստարանի խնդրանքով՝ միջազգային գործընկեր երկրներին։
Նախընտրական շեմին ընդդիմադիր կամ այլընտրանքային ուժի նկատմամբ ճնշումը չի կարող մնալ անպատասխան։ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը պարտավոր է երաշխավորել քաղաքական բազմակարծություն, ազատ մրցակցություն և անվտանգ միջավայր բոլոր քաղաքական դերակատարների համար։
Մենք շարունակելու ենք գործունեությունը՝ օրենքի սահմաններում և հրապարակային պատասխանատվությամբ։ Սակայն եթե պետությունը չի ապահովում քաղաքացու և քաղաքական գործչի անվտանգությունը, ապա հարցը դառնում է միջազգային իրավունքի և ժողովրդավարական չափանիշների խնդիր։

STATEMENT
Dear Compatriots,
Based on our official written communication, I was informed yesterday that officers of the Gegharkunik Regional Department of the Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, specifically the Vardenis division, have identified and transferred to the Investigative Committee the individual who publicly insulted and used abusive language against the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, and 700,000 Armenian citizens.
I express my gratitude to the Head of the Vardenis Police Division, R. Sargsyan, and the officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for their lawful and prompt response.
At the same time, I must formally state that a coordinated campaign of attacks and defamation has been launched against me by supporters of pro-Russian forces through fake social media accounts. My photographs are being circulated across various platforms accompanied by degrading, perverse, and threatening language. This campaign is directed not only against me personally but also against the political force I lead — the For Democratic Statehood Party.
I state clearly and publicly:
If the authorities of the Republic of Armenia and the competent state institutions fail to take immediate and effective measures to ensure my security and to prevent manifestations of hate speech and political persecution, I will consider such inaction not merely negligence, but conduct entailing political responsibility.
In such a case, as the leader of a political party, I will recognize myself as a politically persecuted figure and will initiate international legal and political procedures, including:
• Sending formal protest notes to international organizations and partner states;

USE Senator Adam Schiff,
• Submitting documented applications to international human rights protection mechanisms;
• And, if necessary, applying for political asylum in partner countries.
Pressure against an opposition or alternative political force on the eve of elections cannot remain without response. The Republic of Armenia is obligated to guarantee political pluralism, fair competition, and a secure environment for all political actors.
We will continue our activities within the framework of the law and with full public accountability. However, if the state fails to ensure the safety of a citizen and political leader, the matter becomes one of international law and democratic standards.
